Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our Physicians after our regular hours, please call our office at (913) 451-0600. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

At Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center, we accept and are in-network providers with most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company directly, or you may call us directly to inquire if we accept your insurance plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will be asked to pay in accordance with your insurance policy at the time of your visit. For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Physicians at Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center have hospital or surgery center affiliations or privileges with:

• Overland Park Regional Medical Center
• Overland Park Surgery Center

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling your pharmacy and they will be in contact with our office.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the Physicians may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
